Terms and conditions

1. Services Offered
Walkthru provides professional photography and virtual tour services, including but not limited to:
- 360° Virtual Tours
- Google Street View Publishing
- 3D Virtual Tours
- Real Estate Photography
- Product Photography
- Aircraft Photography
- Commercial & Corporate Photography
The specific scope of work will be outlined in the agreed proposal or contract prior to commencement.
2. Booking & Payment
Booking Confirmation – A booking is only confirmed once a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is received.
Final Payment – The remaining 70% balance is due prior to publishing the tour online or delivering the final files.
Accepted Payment Methods – Bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
3. 360° Virtual Tour Delivery Options
Clients may choose to receive their virtual tour via:
- Hosted link on our server (12 months included)
- Embed code for integration into your website (12 months included)
- ZIP file to host on your own server (Free)
Hosting Renewal – Continued hosting beyond 12 months is available at an additional cost, quoted separately.
Original 360° Photos – If clients require the original 360° image files, an additional AED 300 fee applies.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation Charges – Based on time before scheduled shoot:
- 4 days: 30% of total fee
- 72 hours: 50% of total fee
- 24 hours: 75% of total fee
- Less than 24 hours: 100% of total fee
Rescheduling – Subject to availability. Walkthru LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee new dates.
5. Rights & Ownership
Copyright – Walkthru retains full copyright of all images and virtual tours unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Google Street View – When publishing to Google Street View, images become publicly viewable as per Google’s terms, but WalkThru retains ownership rights.
Client Usage Rights – Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images or tours for the purposes outlined in the contract.
Editing & Retouching – All editing is performed in WalkThru’s signature style. Additional retouching requests may incur extra charges.
6. Delivery of Images & Tours
Delivery Timeline –
- 360° Virtual Tours & Google Street View: 3–5 working days (subject to project size)
- Real Estate & Commercial Photography: 1–3 working days
Format – Delivered digitally via hosted link, embed code, download link, or external drive (HDD/SSD provided at additional cost).
Archiving – Project files are stored for 12 months from delivery date. Retrieval after this period may incur an archival fee and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Liability & Force Majeure
Walkthru is not responsible for missed shots or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Access restrictions at the property or location
- Weather conditions
- Venue or property owner regulations
- Technical or third-party delays
In cases of illness, accidents, or other unavoidable circumstances, Walkthru LLC will either arrange for a qualified replacement or issue a refund for payments received.
8. Client Responsibilities
Permissions – The Client must secure all required permissions for photography and virtual tours from property owners, tenants, or venue managers.
Access – The Client must ensure full access to the property at the scheduled time.
Information – Any specific shot requests must be communicated before the shoot begins.
9. Travel & Additional Expenses
Within Dubai – Travel costs are included.
Outside Dubai – Travel will be charged separately as per the contract.
Accommodation – For shoots requiring overnight stays, the Client must provide reasonable accommodation and meal allowances.
10. Confidentiality
Walkthru respects client privacy and will not disclose any personal or business information to third parties, except where required by law or necessary for service delivery (e.g., printing or web hosting partners).
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, in accordance with UAE law.
12. Modifications to Terms
Walkthru reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
